High Density Polypropylene (HDPP) – Superior cut, temperature and stain performance vs HDPE, PE and PP poly sold by restaurant and consumer retail outlets.
Thick 1″ Inch Plastic – Heavy duty feel and weight to the cutting board to stop sliding and slipping even as cutting. Cross hatch textured to bead liquids.
NSF Certified – Stamped with NSF seal and is approved for food service. BPA free.
Commercial Kitchen Tested – Made for top heat dishwashers. Resists warping and will resist temperatures as much as 215F for max sterilization and sanitation.
